  • Spamming violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and will result in immediate termination.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our billing software code.

Fees, Billing, and Refunds
  • Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay all fees specified in their service agreements or subscription plans.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Refund Policy: Software subscriptions and custom development deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a specific Statement of Work (SoW).

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary software, website designs, source code, and API frameworks. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for their business operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes loss of profits, data, or business interruptions caused by software downtime or WhatsApp API suspensions by Meta.
